When Calabasas clients choose armed coverage
- Estates during a period of concern. After a break-in nearby, a threat, a public dispute or a media moment that puts a family’s address in the news.
- Homes left empty. While the family travels, especially when valuables stay at the house.
- Private events at estates. Parties and fundraisers in The Oaks, Calabasas Park Estates or Hidden Hills where guest lists draw attention.
- Gated communities after an incident. A temporary armed post at the gate or on community roads while the HOA reviews longer-term measures.
Working inside a gated community
Most Calabasas estates sit behind an HOA gate that already has its own rules and staff. We coordinate with the gatehouse and management so our officer is expected, credentialed and not stepping on the community’s procedures. Post orders cover where the officer stays, what they watch, how they communicate with the family and when they call local authorities.
Armed officers often work alongside unarmed guards on the gate or the driveway, and with LDG executive protection when family members travel. For a construction site or a remodel on the property, our AI surveillance vehicle can cover nights. See local service on our Calabasas & Hidden Hills page.
