Coverage by project phase
- Cleared lots. Patrol visits to check fencing, signage and dumping, with photos in the report.
- Framing and rough-in. Off-hours officers or camera vehicles when lumber, wire and tools are on site.
- Finishes and appliances. The highest-value phase; many owners add an officer at night and on weekends.
- Move-in. Coverage that shifts to the home itself, with security guards in Pacific Palisades.
Camera vehicles and patrols
The AI Vehicle Surveillance Program places a marked camera vehicle on the lot, remotely viewed, to create a visible presence when no one is on site. Many owners pair it with mobile patrol visits, scheduled or at random times, so the site never looks empty for long.
Working with builders and neighbors
Post orders are written with the owner and the builder: which crews are expected, when the site opens and closes, and who gets a call. On streets where several homes are rebuilding at once, officers stay courteous with neighbors and other crews.
Getting a site covered
Palisades coverage ranges from patrol visits on a cleared lot to nightly officers during finishes, and can change as the rebuild moves along. Pricing depends on the mix of officers, patrol visits and camera vehicles, and on how long the project runs; longer agreements usually cost less. Published ranges for guards and the AI Vehicle Surveillance Program are on our rates page. Request a consultation, or call or text (442) 288-6642.
California requires every security guard to hold a guard card from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and LDG works under PPO License #122869.
