What Palisades clients ask for
- Rebuild and repair sites. An officer at the site during off hours, with a log of every person and vehicle that comes through.
- Standing homes on rebuilding streets. Coverage for owners who are back, or who are still living elsewhere while repairs finish.
- Vacant lots. Checks for dumping, trespassing and removed fencing, with photos in the report.
- Businesses. Visible coverage for shops and restaurants around Palisades Village and Sunset Boulevard.
Guards, patrols and cameras together
Not every lot needs an officer on site for every hour. Many owners combine a posted guard during the riskiest hours with mobile patrol visits and the AI Vehicle Surveillance Program, a camera vehicle that is remotely viewed. For job sites, see construction site security in Pacific Palisades.
Working with builders and neighbors
Post orders are written with the owner and the builder: which crews are expected, when the site opens and closes, and who gets a call when something is off. Officers stay courteous with neighbors and returning residents, who are often watching the same streets for the same reasons.
Scheduling and quotes
Palisades schedules range from overnight-only site coverage to weekend posts and longer agreements that follow a rebuild from demolition to move-in. Pricing depends on the hours, the number of officers and the length of the assignment. Longer service agreements usually cost less per hour, and requests with less than 7 days’ notice carry an upcharge. Our published hourly ranges are on the rates page, and every quote is confirmed before service. Request a consultation, or call or text (442) 288-6642.
California requires every security guard to hold a guard card from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and LDG works under PPO License #122869. For the service across the county, see security guards in Los Angeles; for every service in the area, see our Malibu & Pacific Palisades page.
