Common Malibu guard assignments
- Beachfront and bluff homes. Gate and driveway coverage while owners are away, during staff changes or after a break-in nearby.
- Fire rebuild sites. Daytime gate control for crews and deliveries, plus overnight coverage on lots where materials and equipment are staged.
- Events and productions. Weddings, private parties and on-location shoots that need door lists, parking control and a calm officer at the entrance.
- Businesses along PCH. Restaurants, shops and centers near Cross Creek and the Country Mart that need help on busy summer weekends.
Planning for distance
Because Malibu properties are spread out, we plan for what happens when the officer needs help: clear post orders, contact lists, and a plan for when to call local authorities. For estates, we work out with the owner who is allowed on site and how the officer should handle house staff, gardeners and contractors.
Many Malibu properties do not need a guard around the clock. A common setup is a daytime officer during construction and our mobile camera unit overnight, or scheduled patrol visits for a home that sits empty midweek.
