Where it works in Malibu
- Fire rebuild lots. Watching staged materials, equipment and the site entrance overnight and on weekends.
- Second homes. A visible, watched unit on the driveway during the weeks a home sits empty.
- PCH businesses. Lots and storefronts after closing, especially during the quiet winter months.
- Event setups. Tents, rentals and equipment staged at estates and venues before and after an event.
Built for spread-out sites
Rebuild lots often have no power yet, which is where a solar tower makes sense: it can stay on the lot through the build with the mast raising the PTZ cameras above the fencing. The vehicle is the faster option for an empty second home or a short placement, and adds a siren, warning lights and two-way talk. Because Malibu sites are far apart, one unit per site keeps each property watched without a guard driving between them.
For daytime gate control or larger sites, LDG adds security guards, armed officers for high-value homes, or patrol visits. Learn more on our camera towers & mobile surveillance page and the Malibu & Pacific Palisades page.
