Common Encino assignments
- Places of worship. Weekly services, holidays and community events, with officers at entrances and parking.
- Schools. Arrivals, dismissals, evening events and graduations.
- Ventura Boulevard retail and restaurants. Evenings, weekends and the holiday season.
- Medical and office buildings. Lobbies and parking during busy hours or after an incident.
Matching the post to the place
An off-duty officer at a synagogue on a holiday morning has a different job than one at a Ventura Boulevard restaurant on a Saturday night. We write separate post orders for each, covering where the officer stands, how they greet people, what they watch for and who they talk to on site. That keeps every officer consistent, even when the faces change.
Recurring schedules without the admin
For recurring posts, the hard part is consistency: the same faces where possible, covered shifts when someone cannot make it, and accurate timesheets. LDG handles all of it. We source and vet the officers, keep the schedule filled, brief officers on your post orders and send one invoice covering every officer and every shift.
Off-duty officers can be paired with LDG guards for longer hours, armed officers at higher-risk sites, or our surveillance vehicle on a parking lot overnight. More on the off-duty police officers page and the Encino & Sherman Oaks page.
