Common Westlake Village posts
- Office parks and campuses. Lobby check-in, after-hours access control and parking lot rounds.
- Hotels and restaurants. Lobby presence, event nights and parking coverage.
- Shopping centers. Visible officers during evenings, weekends and the holiday season.
- HOAs and lake communities. Gate posts, rounds of common areas, docks and clubhouses, and reports the board can use.
Two counties, one service area
The city of Westlake Village is in Los Angeles County, while neighborhoods just west of it, under the same Westlake name, fall within Thousand Oaks in Ventura County. LDG covers both sides of the line, so a property manager with buildings on each side can work with one company. See also security guards in Thousand Oaks.
Adding patrols or off-duty officers
Many associations pair a gate officer with mobile patrol visits to outlying streets. Off-Duty Police Officers are available for larger events.
Scheduling and quotes
Westlake Village schedules range from overnight rounds of an office park to full-time HOA gate coverage and single events at a hotel. Pricing depends on the hours, the number of officers and the length of the assignment. Longer service agreements usually cost less per hour, and requests with less than 7 days’ notice carry an upcharge. Our published hourly ranges are on the rates page, and every quote is confirmed before service. Request a consultation, or call or text (442) 288-6642.
California requires every security guard to hold a guard card from the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services, and LDG works under PPO License #122869. For the service across the county, see security guards in Los Angeles; for every service in the area, see our Westlake Village & Thousand Oaks page.
