Common Calabasas assignments
- HOA and community events. Clubhouse parties, community meetings and holiday gatherings in gated neighborhoods.
- Estate parties. Large private events in The Oaks, Calabasas Park Estates and Hidden Hills, where guest parking spills onto private roads.
- Holiday and long-weekend coverage. Extra coverage at community gates or roads during periods when many residents are away.
- Retail centers. Shopping centers along Calabasas Road and near the freeway during peak shopping weeks.
Respecting the community’s rules
Gated communities in Calabasas have their own procedures, and residents notice when an outside team ignores them. Before any event, we confirm with management how officers enter, where they park, which roads they cover and who they report to. Officers arrive with a guest-and-vendor plan that matches the gatehouse’s, so the gate keeps moving and residents are not stuck behind party traffic.
How LDG handles it
We start with the event or the period you need covered and the community’s own rules. LDG sources and vets the officers, coordinates with the gatehouse and management so officers are expected, writes the post orders and briefs the team. You get one LDG contact and one invoice.
Off-duty officers can be added to an existing LDG plan, such as gate and roving guards, armed estate coverage or our AI surveillance vehicle at a construction gate. Read more on our off-duty police officers page and the Calabasas & Hidden Hills page.
