Where Calabasas clients place it
- HOA side gates and common areas. Secondary entrances, clubhouses, pools and parking areas.
- Custom home builds and remodels. Sites inside gated neighborhoods, where materials and equipment sit for months.
- Retail and office lots along the 101. After-hours coverage for centers and office parks off Calabasas Road and Agoura Road.
- Model homes and sales offices. New developments that are empty after the sales team leaves.
Working with your HOA
Before placement, we review the spot with the board or manager: whether a tower or a vehicle fits, where it goes, what the cameras should cover, and who gets notified when something happens. A tower suits a build site or a large common area with room for a trailer; the vehicle suits a side gate or a clubhouse lot. Either one tells residents and visitors the community is watched.
The vehicle works well with gate and roving guards, off-duty officers for events and patrol visits. Details are on our camera towers & mobile surveillance page and local coverage on the Calabasas & Hidden Hills page.
